Seafood Broccoli Fresh Taste

A light and flavorful dish with a Southern twist—perfect for a quick meal or healthy side.

Ingredients:
2 lbs broccoli (fresh or frozen)
½ lb shrimp
½ lb potatoes (cubed)
½ teaspoon Bayou Spice (No Salt Blend)
1 teaspoon butter
2 tablespoons water
Instructions:
Cook the Shrimp & Potatoes:
Sauté shrimp in a skillet until pink and tender.
Boil cubed potatoes until fork-tender, then drain.
Steam the Broccoli: In a pot, add broccoli and 2 tablespoons of water. Sprinkle evenly with Bayou Spice, then top with butter. Cover and steam over low-medium heat for 5–7 minutes, or until broccoli is tender.
Assemble: Combine broccoli, shrimp, and potatoes in a casserole dish. Toss gently and serve warm.
