Seafood Broccoli Fresh Taste

A light and flavorful dish with a Southern twist—perfect for a quick meal or healthy side.

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs broccoli (fresh or frozen)

  • ½ lb shrimp

  • ½ lb potatoes (cubed)

  • ½ teaspoon Bayou Spice (No Salt Blend)

  • 1 teaspoon butter

  • 2 tablespoons water


Instructions:

  1. Cook the Shrimp & Potatoes:

    • Sauté shrimp in a skillet until pink and tender.

    • Boil cubed potatoes until fork-tender, then drain.

  2. Steam the Broccoli: In a pot, add broccoli and 2 tablespoons of water. Sprinkle evenly with Bayou Spice, then top with butter. Cover and steam over low-medium heat for 5–7 minutes, or until broccoli is tender.

  3. Assemble: Combine broccoli, shrimp, and potatoes in a casserole dish. Toss gently and serve warm.
