A juicy, flavor-packed burger made with Diamond Marquee's bold Bayou flavors. Perfect for grilling or pan-searing!

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 egg
1 teaspoon Bayou Spice Seasoning (your choice of blend)
1 tablespoon Bayou Sauce BBQ Sauce (per burger)
Instructions:
Mix the Ingredients:In a large bowl, combine ground beef, egg, and Bayou Spice Seasoning. Mix thoroughly by hand until well blended.
Form the Patties:Divide the meat into four equal parts (¼ lb each). Form into round balls, then flatten into patties slightly larger than your buns to account for shrinkage during cooking.Tip: Press a small dent in the center of each patty with a spoon for even cooking.
Cook the Burgers:Preheat your grill, skillet, or oven to 350–400°F.
For thin patties: Cook 2–3 minutes per side.
For thicker patties: Cook 4–5 minutes per side.
Assemble & Serve:Add Bayou Sauce BBQ Sauce to each burger, then top with your favorite fixings—cheese, lettuce, pickles, onions, mayo, or whatever your soul desires.
